Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and kind. A great experience for us. Highly recommend.

We were greeted with a smile by the desk clerk, who was very helpful and made some recommendations to us concerning places to eat and visit during our stay. The room was lovely and felt very homey. It has a well-furnished lounge area/living room and separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very sound sleep. There was also a private garage nearby to park the car. In the morning we had an excellent selection to choose from for breakfast (which is included in the room price) at...

Highly recommend this Hotel. They actually have two buildings near each other. Large rooms, large bathroom with huge walk in shower. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Note: Parking in Dinklesbuhl is in one of several public parking lots. You can drop off luggage or pickups at Hotel

Excellent place to stay. Great location in old town. Very clean. Excellent varied breakfast for 10E. Very helpful staff no matter when you come in the door. Parking is offsite.

Still can't believe how clean and well run this place is despite the age of building. All modern amenities and beautifully updated. Highly recommend!

The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. On the ground floor is a common area where you can sit down and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea.

What an amazing place to stay! A true hidden gem. Highly recommend eating in the restaurant. Very memorable!

Fantastic small boutique hotel. Our room was amazing: large, lots of windows, mini kitchen and the best sleep we’ve had in the last 10 nights. Staff were fantastic, breakfast was amazing. We parked for free just outside the city walls at a free parking lot and walked about 5 minutes in. Beautiful town, highly recommend this as a place to visit and hotel to stay at.

This is the second time we have stayed here, we were very happy with our stay again. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Person at front desk was so nice. Great place to stay and great location.

Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was top quality and great variety. Location is perfect

Great stay! Rooms are huge making for a nice place to sit down after a lot of walking. The parcade is fantastic if you are driving in the city. The only challenge with the large room is that the AC didn’t cool off the bedroom very well just the living area, it is too noisy to open any windows with trams going all night. The breakfast is fantastic and well worth it. Overall a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly, room was very clean and you are a short walk to a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains and the main trail that leads to Castle Neuschwanstein. Staff will even arrange for your tickets at the castle with a specific time so you know ahead of time when to head up and avoid long waits.

Loved the location, quiet, free parking. Breakfast was great, with fresh egg cooked to order. Lots of selection and the staff were very responsive to requests. Dinner was great there too (hotel restaurant). View out the window was of Neuschwanstein Castle which kind of made the stay really. In fact the tourist area around the castles was walking distance if you're capable of walking (about 20 min from the hotel). The whole area there is very beautiful and peaceful. Recommend talking the...
